Profiling Tomcat - Won't start. [message #115327]

I can't seem to start tomcat up in the profiling mode.
I have downloaded a clean copy of:
eclipse-jee-europa-fall-win32
i'm using jdk1.6.0_01
installed TPTP4.4.0.3
IAC is enabled and given access to all
I created a new Tomcat 5.5 server
I created a small dynamic web app (hello world kinda thing)

When I try to "profile on server" with my web app, I select the tomcat
instance and it won't start.
I keep getting this message:

Timeout waiting for Tomcat v5.5 Server at localhost to start. Server did
not start after 45s.

Any help would be appreciated! I've been at this on and off for days now and
am ready to give up!
