When I profile my application using the Memory Profiler, I find that
most of the memory is being taken up by byte[] arrays. However when I
look in the allocation details tab, I only see allocations totaling up
to a few thousand bytes even though, according to the tab that shows all
the objects, there are many megabytes of data in byte[] arrays. What is
going on?
