I started using Eclipse about 2 months ago. It's all worked dandy until the last couple of days. Recently the Toggle Comment has ceased working, both the shortcut CTRL+/ and the source menu item. I'm not aware of anything changing on my machine. Any ideas how to make the Toggle Comment work again?

You could check Preferences>General>Keys>toggle comment,
or look over workspace/.metadata/.log

I checked Preferences>General>Keys>toggle comment. It looked ok. I tried changing the binding to CTRL+b. No luck. I hear the computer chugging like it's trying to load something, but nothing happens.

I don't see anything that's looks wrong (to me)in the metadata.log

Oops, sorry,
>both the shortcut CTRL+/ *and the source menu item*
This indicated that it is not a problem of key-binding.

I have no idea since there are no bugs.
Maybe having another installation somewhere else and/or creating new workspace is fastest way...
