Hi

Yes. For Helios and Indigo, the MDT/UML2 project is an implementation of
the UML 2.2.1 specification, with substantial re-use of the
specification models. So MDT/UML2 implements what UML specifies.

[For Juno, MDT/UML2 catches up and supports UML 2.4.1.]

Hi

For MDT/UML2 use the Java/modeling API.

For graphics, ask on the Papyrus newsgroup.
