We are two weeks away from the current release date of 5-15 and we haven't done enough to ramp down the development. A forced ramp down to stay on schedule will not result in a good release. As such, let's align 0.5 release with Juno on 6-27. That will give us an extra month and a half to perform a proper ramp down.

The plan is to migrate to Git soon after Juno ships.
