Hello,

I've created an innovative PLM tool in my company, it's based on
epistemology and i would like migrate my tool in Eclipse.
Then after a presentation by Ralph Müller one month ago, i've installed
the package Eclipse 3.4 / OSEE and begun to use it.

Also i've some remarks :
- OSEE is ont usable in state, we must program all processes, there are no
standard configurations for use directly.
- The documentation and the help in OSEE give only informations about
controls but nothing about guideline to program processes with practices
examples.

Therefore, i've a block in my investigation. Then is it possible to see
some examples of real uses ?

Best regards

Fabrice,

OSEE is designed such that it can be configured to work with any
organization's workflow and processes. You are correct that there is not
yet a set of standard configurations targeted for various industries and
types of organizations. Perhaps this would be a good point of
collaboration. As you have said, there is documentation on how to
configure workflows in OSEE, which for future reference is at
http://www.eclipse.org/osee/documentation/ats/atsConfigurati on.php.
However, in regards to guidelines and best practices, this is not yet
provided.

Regards,
Ryan

Thanks,
