Fabrice,
OSEE is designed such that it can be configured to work with any
organization's workflow and processes. You are correct that there is not
yet a set of standard configurations targeted for various industries and
types of organizations. Perhaps this would be a good point of
collaboration. As you have said, there is documentation on how to
configure workflows in OSEE, which for future reference is at
http://www.eclipse.org/osee/documentation/ats/atsConfigurati on.php.
However, in regards to guidelines and best practices, this is not yet
provided.
