Recently I got the following exception when I tried to use the call
hierarchy. I don't get an error dialog but a message in the error log
instead. No callers are found though there are some. Is there something
that I can do on my machine to fix that / the index / the project config
/ whatever may have caused that?

Thanks in advance,
Sebastian

Please file a bug. A test case would help but please file it even without a testcase.
