When creating a web service which style (Document/literal (wrapped),
document/literal, rpc/encoded) should be used?

The style to use depends on your application. The Web Services
Interoperability organization (WS-I) recommends either document/literal or
rpc/literal (
http://www.ws-i.org/Profiles/BasicProfile-1.1-2004-08-24.htm l#Consistency_of_style_Attribute).
It is generally recommended to use document/literal for the best chance of
interoperability.

I agree, doc/lit (wrapped) for maximum interoperability.
