I cannot access news.eclipse.org since the censorship request of Mr. Mike
Milinkovich (ex-IBM, Eclipse Foundation Director).
Using data to identify my person or my ISP-region to block my access (or
the regions access) to the eclipse foundations resources is a
DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE ECLIPSE FOUNDATIONS PRIVACY POLICY
I ask you to stop this violation and enable immediatly my access to the
eclipse news-server via nntp.

privacy policy" means?
Does this community realize, that I'm since nealy _two_ weeks blocked
within this medium (without having violated _any_ rules of this media)?
Does this community understand that the Eclipse Foundation Director (and
the community itself) has given me the right to post usenet threads like

Maybe so. What I do see clearly, however, is that you have made numerous
bold charges about violations of the Eclipse privacy policy in a number of
different forums and that you can't (or won't?) back those charges up. While
I could actually care less about whether you are banished from this
newsgroup or not, the actual banishment itself does not appear to have been
a breach of the Eclipse privacy policy at all.
Your name, your e-mail address and your IP address are all public
information readily available to anyone with a browser. Using your IP
address to block your access to the newsgroup, therefore, is not a violation
of the privacy policy.
Note that I am expressly not commenting on whether banning you from the
newsgroup is good or bad. I am only pointing out that it does not constitute
a violation of the privacy policy as you have charged.
