Hello,
Is it possible to add subcategories into a category of an update site.
How do I realise this in a site.xml? I didn't find anything.

As far as I know, you cannot have nested categories. Certainly the site.xml editor from PDE does not support it, but because the p2 install wizard doesn't support nested categories, I don't think you can do this using a p2.inf either.
