I create an Ecore project first. Then I create an ecorediag file. At the
same time an ecore file (for example DefaultName.ecore) is also created.
But two sub dirs "null" under "DefaultName.ecore" are also created. Why
need two? I think one is enough since they are exactly the same.

Further, after I've created some classes on the diagram and as I using the
mouse to organize their locations, all the class box junp to the top-left
corner and I can't more them anymore.

Thomas,

Please try to use [Ecore Tools] as the prefix for the subject line for
questions specific to that component since this newsgroup is used for a
growing number of components so using a prefix will help keep things
well organized. In general it's also good to keep an eye on the Error
Log view when there are problems so you can include stack traces. The
Ecore Tools stuff is very cool hey!

Thomas,

you see twice the contents of the model files, because there are two
providers defined : the one coming from Ecore Tools, and another one
defined in the Ecore Diagram example available with GMF. However, you
should disable it (see the attached screenshot) : in the Project
Exporer, select "Customize View..." from the pulldown menu.
