Hi Pushparaj,
I am assuming you are referring to automated GUI testing using the
Automated GUI Recorder (AGR). If, the AGR currently does not support
recording and playback of GEF applications. Please see the following
enhancement:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=133099

Feel free to comment/contribute/monitor this enhancement.
