Hi all

I, resently added DTD to out project

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE install SYSTEM "...........jfusion.org/xml/dtd/1.5/plugin-install.dtd">
<install type="jfusion" version="1.5.0">....


Now the file seems to be correct and working ...

I did not see it at first after updating eclipse. it started happen after the first clean of the project I made.

Description	Resource	Path	Location	Type
The file cannot be validated as the XML definition "...........jfusion.org/xml/dtd/1.5/plugin-install.dtd" that is specified as describing the syntax of the file cannot be located.	jfusion.xml	/JFusion/trunk/components/com_jfusionplugins/mybb	line 2	XML Problem
Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: ...........jfusion.org/xml/dtd/1.5/plugin-install.dtd	jfusion.xml	/JFusion/trunk/components/com_jfusionplugins/oscommerce	line 2	XML Problem


the thing is if I individual change/save the file then the error go away and it reads the dtd file ..

I notice after updating that:
Window > Preferences -> General > Network Connections > Cache

This option do not exist any more after I update eclipse. this was where I had to go when I was working on the DTD

If seems cache is not working? or what is going on ?
