More issues... help, someone?

Set my proxy settings as (what I believe) should be through Window>General>Network Connections, e.g.,

Active Provider: Manual

HTTP ourProzyServ.com 8080
HTTPS ourProzyServ.com 8080

we don't have SOCKS option, I leave this empty and hit "Clear".

However, when I restart eclipse I'm seeing all sorts of log errors:
System property https.proxyPort is not set but should be 8080.
System property https.proxyHost is not set but should be ourProzyServ.com.

multiple times.. .where do I need to set this stuff if not in the Eclipse settings?

Okay, my bad... these are just Informational messages... not sure why they're getting regurgitated to the log.

However there is a problem I'm seeing with the update system for Helios. I'm not sure if it's an expectation for update repositories that are assuming each location will contain a p2.index file at the root of each repository? for example:

this: [can't state link]://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/helios is trying to access [can't state link]://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/helios/p2.index and this doesn't exist for most if not all of the plugin repositories that I have defined in my environment.

Why is it doing this and how do I fix it.
