Is http://www.eclipse.org/bpel/install.php page a little bit outdated?

Probably, the best way to try latest Eclipse and BPEL now is to download
OMII-BPEL 3.0.0 from http://sse.cs.ucl.ac.uk/projects/omiibpel/downloads ?

Hi Sam,

OMII-BPEL 3.0.0 is a bundle specifically targeted at computational
scientists who use BPEL to drive massive experiments that execute in a Grid
computing environment.
3.0.0 by the way, does not integrate the latest EUROPA version.

To get the EUROPA version, which I would recommend if you don't need the
integration for Grid computing, I would follow the instructions in this
mailing list:

1. Base install:
Eclipse 3.3
GEF-ALL-3.3RC3.zip
dtp-sdk_1.5RC3.zip
eclipse-SDK-3.3RC4-win32.zip
emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.3.0RC3.zip
wtp-sdk-S-2.0RC3-200706140654.zip

2. Start with step 3 http://www.eclipse.org/bpel/install.php

HTH,
