Can anyone plz elaborate on the following? I didnt find
SetConstraintsCommand anywhere.

Q: How can I prevent my figures in the editor to overlap?
A: This topic was already discussed but there are two possibilities:
constrain node location on move (adjust location in SetConstraintsCommand or
add vetoing command from another edit policy when location is bad) or do
special layout after each diagram modification that will relocate
overlapping figures. You could do the both to ensure that your nodes never
overlap - even when location is altered from another editor.
