There are separate development tools for each of the mobile platforms,
Android and BlackBerry. I suggest getting started with Android tutorials
at http://www.vogella.de. (Seems like I'm always recommending these
tutorials, but they're the best available, so...). I also have a loosely
connected article with notes I made on getting past initial problems
with Android development:
http://www.javahotchocolate.com/tutorials/android.html
If you think the platform's still actually worth your while, here's an
article on setting up BlackBerry:
http://www.javahotchocolate.com/tutorials/blackberry.html
Last, if relevant, here's a very short article on Appcelerator/Titanium
which may or may not be helpful:
http://www.javahotchocolate.com/tutorials/titanium.html
Most of my articles are 18 months old, so beware as the technologies may
have moved on in ways I haven't kept up to date on. Best of luck.

As I recall, JavaME is the reduced environment that the BlackBerry uses.
The Android OS doesn't suffer that limitation. Why would you want to
impose that if you don't have to?
Anyway, this has nothing to do with Eclipse. I don't know if you can
find such a JDK to wire up with Eclipse for developing software.
Certainly, I'd think that installing the BlackBerry SDK would come close.
Best of luck.
