Hello , There are many fake translated texts in webtools.jsf (org.eclipse.jsf) and tools.cdt (org.eclipse.cdt) for Japanese.

Can I ask to remove the texts from the translated column on Babel?

For example, you can see sample at org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core/org/eclipse/cdt/managedbuilder/internal/dataprovider/DataProviderMessages.properties of tools.cdt 8.0 for Japanese.

Most of texts in the file are not translated , only copied from English, but translation rate says 93.3 percent.
(truth is 7 percent)

Would it be possible to open a bug against Babel > Translations for this? It allows us to better track requests.
