Without trying the tutorial...
Have you added a JUnit library to your classpath?
Right-click your project, choose Build Path -> Configure Build Path
Click on Libraries tab.
Click on Add Library button.
Click on JUnit and Next button.
Choose JUnit version.
Click Finish.
Return to the tutorial.
