Hi Matthew,
We have every intention of making Buckminster available for Juno. Our plan is to ship in time for Juno M6.

Hi Lorenzo,
You will find the latest Buckminster build for Juno (currently RC3) here:
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/buckminster/updates-4.2
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/buckminster/headless-4.2
A release that matches the final Juno release will follow shortly.
