Pop up shell with dynamic Title text [message #803583]

We have an alerting system that pops up a shell displaying summary information of a message momentarily, something similar to the outlook alert pop up window when a new mail shows up. However the shell title is a combination of message type and a message number ( There are finite message types and the message number is an integer), making each of the title unique.

Is there any good way to catch and test this pop up shell?
