can anyone guide me how to fix this issue that i have facing to install eclipes second time I have my java is installed in "c:\java"

My advice would be to download a proper JDK or (at least) JRE from Sun
rather than the C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\javaw.exe.

I would also ensure that the bittedness of the JRE you do use match that
of the Eclipse you downloaded, i.e.: 32 for 32 or 64 for 64.

I have already download java and its work. For now I am using notepad to write java code then i am using cmd to run java

You need to tell Eclipse where the JDK is located using either the -vm argument on the command line or editing the eclipse.ini file to include the entries to point to the jdk. There are a number of posts in the forums with details on both methods.

If you come to this forum, you should take our advice.

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\javaw.exe is not a proper JRE for running Eclipse
even though you've put it into eclipse.ini. Please download a JRE of the
proper bittedness from http://java.sun.com, install it, then tell
Eclipse where it is via what's in http://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse.ini .
Then come back if you have further questions.
