Eclipse Indigo suddenly started giving message "could not connect to server" and "could not list contents of folder". Other users can still connect. Using MS FTP.EXE I can connect but it times out also giving me the message "connection reset". I haven't installed anything new. We use anonymous user. The only other credential is my IP address and that's fine because I can still RDP to the server. This happens once in a while with all of our users. No one is sure what they did to correct the problem. I'm looking for a definite debug routine for this particular problem.
