It's just that even though this isn't overtly C/C++, it has to do with
problems that may be more recognizable to those using Eclipse CDT. But,
I may be misteering you here. If so, I hope someone else will recognize
this problem and answer.
I shifted from openSuSE right about 11.1 to Ubunut and, though an
ex-Novell engineer, I haven't regretted my switch (until the advent of
Natty/Oneiric and Unity).
