I am trying to use the Metro Web Service runtime in Eclipse. However, I can only choose from Axis/Axis2/CXF. I have seen several articles which allow one to choose the Metro runtime but no one has explained what is needed to configure it.

I know this question has been asked before but it has never been answered.
