Just tried using this latest maintenance build and my PHP perspective is
now missing. Has a new dependancy been introduced?

Went back to the previous Maintenance build and it was still missing
until I cleared my Eclipse workspace data and tried over with -clean.
Unfortunately I don't have time to test to see what the problem is until
this afternoon but I will try again and post if I see anything in the
log files.

Not sure what the problem was on my work machine but putting in this
maintenance release at home worked like a charm.
