2nd Y-axis not visible on deployed report [message #789416]

Could you please help me with the following problem:

I have a bar-chart with a 2nd Y-axis with lines.

When I set the data type for the values to integer the report is showed correctly in eclipse and on the birt viewer on tomcat 6.

When I change the data type to time the report is showing only correctly in eclipse and the lines are not displayed on the birt viewer on tomcat 6.

I have the same problem in IE and firefox.

If you size the chart smaller does it show up? If you are not printing
the chart set a custom size in the master page.
