Hi,

Is there a way to generate a new project with the [file/] directive outside of the gensrc directory?

Thanks,

Wim Jongman

Hi Wim,

Well, technically, you could : generate a ".project" file in a folder (which will be the "new project"), then generate whatever you wish the project to contain... However Eclipse would not simply accept it as a new project : you would still need to import this new "folder" as an "existing project" (file > import... then "existing project into workspace").

Other than that possibility, creating new projects through a generation is not something we support out of the box.

Hi

If you write a query to invoke custom Java, you do not actually have to
observe the language constraints of no side effects.

You can quite happily interact with the Eclipse IDE after planting
references to a few convenient objects in global variables during start up.
