Only the TPTP Platform is needed to run it.

I think the minimum requirement for TPTP 4.3.0 is:

Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or Java Development Kit (JDK) v1.4 or above
Eclipse SDK 3.2.1
Eclipse Equinox 3.2
Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF and XSD) SDK 2.2.1

Please visit the TPTP download home page:
http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/

You can find the required components and their links in the "Requirements"
section.
