IIRC, that's the one that wraps the Ant stuff.
Or, starting from a "Classic" Eclipse (which already has Ant support),
do this to add PDT and its reqs:

where you got PDT from (Eclipse.org or Zend)
Is there by any chance a breakpoint on the first line? Or is the
debugging yakking because it doesn't like the first line of your code?
