Might this be available from the http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/downloads/
page without requiring the "showAll=1"? I would think that the 2.1.0M4
is more important than the 2.0.0 Stable / Integration / Nightlies.

It is. Just scroll down past the release builds. It's the first one
under 2.0.0, 1.0.5 and 1.0.3.
