v.2.0, working set selecting hides include paths [message #88067]

Hi!

I have created new working set and included into last one a php project (without any exclusions or filtering). But PHP Explorer doesn't show include paths. After a deselecting the working set 'PHP Include Path' node does appear in the explorer tree.

I use Eclipse 3.4.1 with today synchronized plugins.

Have I missed something?
