Hello, I unzipped Eclipse in "C:\eclipse" and Java was already installed so I reinstall the latest version (version 6 update 30). When I opened the eclipse.exe it shows a dialog box saying that I don't have Java in this directory (C:\Eclipse\jre\bin...) so I copied the java folder and rename it to suit the upper directory. After reopening, eclipse show the Splash Screen but says "Failed to Load the JNI shared library"

This may be that you're attempting to pair an Eclipse download and a
JDK/JRE of dissimilar bittedness. Ensure that you've got both a 32-bit
Eclipse and 32-bit JRE or a 64-bit Eclipse and 64-bit JRE.
