Hi sNOP,
could we have a bit more information? Like what connection type you use
(I assume ssh)? There are known issues with the way that openSSH
implements some queries, which can lead to "out of handles" errors
on the server.
We're planning to improve the SSH connector for RSE 3.1m5 in terms
of performance, and I think that this improvement should also address
the mentioned openSSH problem:

RSE 3.1 is targeted at eclipse 3.5 so it probably won't work on eclipse
3.4. Try 3.0.2 for eclipse 3.4 this may provide what you want.

Maybe I have 3.5 :) Galileo is rather 3.5, yes?
In about is 3.4 version but In details is 3.5
I'll gonna try with manual install.
