Hi,

Can anyone give me a clear difference between Add feature and Create feature functionality of graphiti?

Add Feature is provided so that you can represent the differnt Objects in your Existing Domain Model with the shapes that you like.
Create will make a shape available in the palette of the editor. You just need to create the shape you want. Integration into the UI is done by the framework.

You must see the Documentation of Eclipse Help. It's quite good. (Help->Help Contents ->Graphiti).There's a nice tutorial also in it.
