This is going to sounds like a really dumb question, but what do I need to download if I want to do BIRT report development? I've worked with BIRT before using the IBM tool RDi SOA but, I'd like to look at the free Eclipse version.

Just download the allinone BIRT designer from here:
http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/
