Hallo,

my Name ist Martin. I'm a student at the Leipzig University for applied scienes. (Saxony, Germany).

I'm a complete Newbie with Eclipse GMF and i want to develop an graphical iec61499 functionblock editor.

my problem is the gmfgraph. i want a custom figure (iec61499 functionblock) which can be extended with events (input and output) and data ( variable input and output)

I read a lot of literature but i didn't helped me a lot.

the funciotns block should look like the attached file, bute withwout algorithm and execution control, only events and data.

PS: whats the best solution:

- gridbaglayout with 3 retangles
- calculation of the figure, e.g easer with the handle of dynamic extention
