Hello,
no reply in previous post so i post again with more detail.

in the picture u can see there is a connection between node and bus. there is a unidirectional and bi direction transition.


but problem is when i try to make another node(after connecting previous nodes) all the transitions are gone..!!!! as u can see in following picture...

any help???

You probably created this transitions using a CreateConnectionRequest or
CreateConnectionViewRequest.
The right thing to use for real persistence in both semantic and
notation models is the CreateConnectionViewAndElementRequest.

When you see some strange behaviors as this one, first compare with GMF
example projects (mindmap and taipan). If the behavior is different in
your diagram, compare the code with the one in the examples.
