Hello

I am currently playing around with e4 and I am wondering if I am still using plain e4 even if I reference and use classes like IWorkspace out of org.eclipse.core.resources.

I read somewhere that I cant use any org.eclipse.core.* plugin if I want to be really plain e4 without the need of the compatibility layer. I am not sure if this is true as even the code generated by the new project wizard is referencing eclipse.core packages.

Will there be a new implementation of eclipse.core.resource with the final release of e4?

Best Regards

Useing org.eclipse.core.* is fine using org.eclipse.ui.* would be a
problem. So you are still using plain e4!
