Hi,

I just added an existing repository and all my repositories disappeared. I tried to add them, but a get the error that they are probably added already and hidden.

I tried updating to the latest nightly of Egit, but still no reps.

I use Zend Studio 9, I tried my old 8, but there happend the same thing.

Any sugestions?

Greetings

Marc

/edit:

When I change to another branch the whole project disappears from the php/zend framework view

/edit2

The projects disappear from this directory too:
Zend\workspaces\DefaultWorkspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\.projects

Just to clarify, the repositories disappeared or the projects disappeared?

Both,

after adding several Repos all the Repos disapeared. I tried it with a new workspace, everythings fine at first, but if I change the branches, takes a few times, the whole Project disappears from the php/zend framework perspective. If I add other Repos then, same thing, the Repos are gone too.

Is anything from the EGit plugins logged in the Error Log view?

1. Yep, when the repos disappear I get the following in error log:

An exception occurred invoking extension: org.eclipse.egit.ui.RepositoriesViewContent for object R/

Stacktrace:

http://nopaste.php-quake.net/107801

And

Problems occurred when invoking code from plug-in: "org.eclipse.ui.navigator".

Stacktrace:
http://nopaste.php-quake.net/107803

2. The Project disappears when checking out a fetched remote branch, but throws no error.

I could reproduce the NullPointer on Windows if I have two bare repos located directly below C:\

Do you have a similar situation?

I will fix the bug.

Is the project contained in the fetched remote branch? If the .projects file was in the branch before you check out the fetched remote branch but it is not in the remote tracking branch it is deleted by git.

I filed bug 365834 for issue 1 and proposed a fix at http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4756.

Nop, all our Repos are remote on a server, I connect to them via network drive.

I have two projects which are connected, if ill use the bare one as origin and the second as fetched remote it works. The cases where it doesnt work I descdribed above.

Thx for your effort Smile

Btw the URL doesnt work
