I was trying to deploy remote client & server , it worked fine but with multi client i faced the problem of refresh and synchronization. If anyone else is also facing the same problem then to fix this please follow the steps below :
1. goto OSEE preferences -> check Configuration details page -> check the Remote Event column
2. if the result is Ok then the remote event service is running and clients are in sync.
3. if is says unavailable - ActiveMQ JMS service is down, then 2 things are to be checked.
3.a) check if there is a ActiveMQ running on the server
3.b) the client configuration should be updated with argument
-Dosee.default.broker.uri=tcp://<localhost_or_your_server>:61616
