STEM 1.2.3 RC1 is up and available for downloading.
Please download and report any bugs. The release date for STEM 1.2.3 is November 21. The target date for STEM 1.3 is January 7, 2012.
Stefan Edlund has posted a list of bugs on stem.dev.
