Hello Together,

has somebody a Idea how I can integrate the Viewer from Eclipse in a Swing application?
Nice will be some sample code.

I have an example of using the engine from a swing app but not the viewer.
http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/m/365749/#msg_365749
If you use the above approach and you use BIRT 3.7 or higher no need to
set birt home just add the runtime/jars to the swing app classpath.

You also may want to look at this post which displays in another window
and may be closer to what you want:

Hello,

thanks for your advice.
But both solutions i know.
I tried myself this and the output in a Editorpane is realy ugly. Also the Solution with a pdf is not perfect.
So i thinked about the Eclipse viewer. It must be possible to get the viewer worked in a seperate non RCP applikation?
But for this I dont know enough from the rcp plattform and the integration in eclipse.

Currently the viewer is only available as a Java Web App or as an
Eclipse plugin.
