i tried http tracer before , but it expired now, so i'm looking for some either a proxy or a http sniffer, that will also tell what process is sending what http requests and responses and where...

I think fiddler

http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/

is a good free alternative.

how does fidler help? it only sits on the browser as far as i know..
