Why application run fail when share same workspace for two eclipse product? [message #743278]

Hi,

I have two eclipse product, they share the same workspace.
I have the application developed in one eclipse, running is OK.
But I run the same application in another eclipse, it is fail.

so why is happen?

what is happening in .metadata folder in workspace when running the application?
Do anyone have the document for that?
