I'm new to eclipse plugin development. I want to know if it's possible to write a plugin to capture all mouse/keyboard events happens to any editor in eclipse.

The purpose I want to do so is that I want to know how much time I have spent on various types of activities. e.g. I want to know how many percentages I've spent on writing java codes, test cases and jsp files.

If this is possible, which documentation I shall refer to?
