I need a DateTime widget to display the hours in a 24-hour format (e.g. 7:00 p.m. = 19:00). Is that possible?

Hi,
The DateTime widget automatically displays the time in the 24-hour or 12-hour format based on your system's settings.

So, if my system settings are 12 hour format, the DateTime widget will not display the 24 hour format. Doesn't that seem a little restrictive?

I did a quick search and found a related bug asking for 24hrs format in DateTime widget --> https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=337468.
The current behavior is to use the format and locale from the system. You could comment on the bug with your requirements/questions.
