With Indigo and Tomcat 7 when I attempt to follow the wiki http://wiki.eclipse.org/Creating_a_Bottom-Up_Java_Web_Service when I get to the stage of "Web Service Java Bean Identity" and clicking Finish or Next I receive the following error:

axis-admin failed with {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}HTTP (502)Proxy Error ( The Uniform Resource Locator (URL) does not use a recognized protocol. Either the protocol is not supported or the request was not typed correctly. Confirm that a valid protocol is in use (for example, HTTP for a Web request). )
Some of the web references regarding this indicate it is a timing issue though I have no options for retrying or pausing the process before continuing. This is an extremely simple example and so far I have found nothing to fix it.
