Why are the download links for the last 3 nightlies missing?

Hi David,
thanks for pointing this out!
I fixed the problem and built the nightly again,
probably will be up in few minutes.

Another two nights of nightlies are missing and there hasn't been an
integration build in a while. Any status on when a new one is coming?
