Hi all,

Is SpringSource Bundlor still actively maintained? The last release announcement I saw was Jan 2010 for 1.0.0.RELEASE.

Hi Matthew

No. SpringSource Bundlor is stable and no changes are planned.

We donated Bundlor to the Virgo project and built a milestone although we have not shipped a formal release. Any future improvements will take place at Eclipse.org.

Good to know. Probably worth updating the S2 docs noting that. Two questions:

* Is the Virgo Bundlor 1.1.0.M01 feature set any different from SpringSource Bundlor 1.0.0.RELEASE?
* What's the Maven repo where I can find Virgo Bundlor milestones? Releases?

There are 3 small changes:

  • Simplified the validation of version ranges
  • Fixed BundleClassPathArtifactAnalyzer to ensure forward slashes only in path
  • Reordered processing pipeline a bit to fix how the OSGi Profile feature works

There are no releases yet. Thanks for raising bug 357678 to cover milestones in Maven. We'll respond in the bug.
